QuietGrid
QuietGrid is a mobile + desktop app that maps what your smart devices are doing to your Wi‑Fi and each other, then flags the specific culprits causing lag, dropouts, and “random” failures. It passively monitors network traffic (via a local gateway/agent on a router, NAS, or small Raspberry Pi) and correlates it with device events: camera uploads, cloud pings, multicast storms, weak RSSI, and firmware quirks. You get a simple health score per device, a timeline of incidents, and step-by-step fixes (change channel, move hub, disable chatty features, split SSIDs, replace a failing plug). This is not another generic speed test; it’s an operations console for real homes and small offices with 30–150 devices. It’s brutally practical: if it can’t identify a likely root cause, it says so and suggests what data is missing.
