QuietHours

QuietHours helps neighbors document and resolve recurring noise issues without turning it into a personal feud. The mobile app records short, privacy-aware “noise snapshots” (decibel level, time, duration) and lets users tag context (music, barking, construction). It then generates a clear, neutral report you can share with a landlord, HOA, or mediation service. For buildings/HOAs, a web dashboard aggregates anonymized trends (hotspots, peak hours) so they can adjust policies or target outreach. This is not a magic “stop noise” button—many disputes are subjective and enforcement is limited—but it reduces he-said/she-said and gives property managers something actionable. The product should focus on de-escalation: suggested message templates, optional anonymous first contact, and a step-by-step path from friendly note to formal complaint to mediation.
