QuietHours

QuietHours is a mobile + web app for co-living homes to set, communicate, and verify noise expectations without constant arguing. House admins define quiet-hour schedules, exceptions (movie night, parties), and room-specific rules. Residents can quickly log a noise incident with time, location, and optional short audio snippet; the app then routes a neutral, templated message to the right person and tracks repeat patterns. A lightweight “house agreement” flow captures acknowledgement so rules aren’t vague. The AI layer summarizes recurring issues and suggests rule tweaks (e.g., shift quiet hours on weekends) based on actual reports, not vibes. This is not a magic “noise detector” that spies on people; it’s a conflict-reduction tool with consent-based reporting and clear boundaries. Monetization: per-house subscription with optional add-ons for property managers running multiple homes.
