QuietHours

QuietHours is a mobile + web app for small landlords and property managers to reduce noise and nuisance complaints without becoming a 24/7 referee. Tenants submit time-stamped complaints with optional audio snippets, location (unit), and severity. The app auto-routes issues to the right party (neighbor, manager, security) using configurable house rules and escalation ladders. It generates a clean incident timeline that can be shared with tenants, HOA, or legal counsel if needed, while nudging resolution first (polite templates, mediation prompts, quiet-hour reminders). An AI assistant summarizes recurring patterns (e.g., “Fri/Sat 11pm–1am, Unit 3B”) and suggests targeted interventions (quiet hours notice, carpet requirement, maintenance check for HVAC vibration). It’s not a surveillance tool: no always-on recording, only user-submitted evidence and opt-in building announcements.
