QuietHours
QuietHours helps employees and managers set, communicate, and enforce realistic work boundaries across Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email. Users define availability windows, “deep work” blocks, and escalation rules (what truly counts as urgent). The app then nudges senders before they message after-hours, offers scheduled delivery by default, and routes genuine emergencies through a lightweight on-call flow. It also generates boundary summaries for teams (without exposing private details) so expectations are explicit: response times, meeting-free blocks, and time-zone overlaps. A simple weekly report shows where boundary breaches happen most—specific channels, projects, or leaders—so the problem can be addressed with policy, not guilt. This is not therapy; it’s operational friction that makes bad habits harder and good habits automatic.
