QuietLedger

QuietLedger is a mobile + web app for people who meditate or contemplate but hate streaks, leaderboards, and vague “mindfulness” fluff. It helps you log sessions in 15 seconds, then reflects your practice back to you with simple, non-judgmental summaries: when you practice, what conditions help, and which techniques correlate with calmer days. The core is a structured journal: intention, method (breath, prayer, mantra, open awareness, lectio), duration, and a short note. Optional AI turns your notes into weekly themes (e.g., recurring distractions, emotional patterns) and suggests small experiments like changing time of day or shortening sessions. It also supports “contemplation prompts” drawn from multiple traditions (user-selectable), with a strict no-proselytizing policy. This is not therapy and won’t pretend to be; it’s a practical mirror for your spiritual discipline.
