QuietLedger is a mobile + web app for luxury villa operators and managers to document property condition with time-stamped, room-by-room evidence before and after every stay. Staff capture guided photo/video checklists, and the system auto-generates a shareable “Condition Ledger” that guests can review and acknowledge digitally at check-in and check-out. It also tracks high-value inventory (art, linens, electronics) and logs maintenance issues with clear accountability. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps detect deltas (missing items, new stains, broken objects) and flags anomalies, but the core value is standardized documentation and guest acknowledgment. The goal is to reduce chargeback losses, awkward guest arguments, and internal blame games—without requiring a full property-management system replacement.
