QuietPeriod

QuietPeriod is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that helps public-company IR and comms teams prevent accidental disclosure and Reg FD violations during earnings cycles. It centralizes “what can be said, when, and by whom” into a living calendar tied to earnings dates, conference schedules, and blackout windows. Users can route draft emails, talking points, investor Q&A responses, and social posts through lightweight approvals and policy checks before they’re sent. The app maintains an auditable log of approvals, versions, and who saw what—useful when legal asks for proof of process. It also provides a controlled investor FAQ library so executives don’t improvise answers on calls. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI flags risky phrasing and suggests safer alternatives, but final approval stays human to avoid overreliance and liability.
