QuietQueue is a mobile app (with optional web companion) that schedules and delivers ultra-short, low-effort relaxation breaks tailored to your day. Instead of generic meditation libraries, it focuses on 30–180 second “reset” routines you can do anywhere: breath pacing, jaw/shoulder release, eye-strain relief, soundscapes, and guided micro-stretches. The app learns your stress patterns from quick check-ins and passive context (time of day, calendar gaps, optional wearable signals) and queues the right break at the right moment—before you’re fried. It also includes a “panic button” mode for immediate downshifts and a “meeting recovery” mode for post-call decompression. The goal is not enlightenment; it’s reliably lowering tension in real life with minimal friction, measurable adherence, and gentle nudges that don’t feel like another task.
