QuietQuota

QuietQuota is a mobile + desktop app (with a lightweight web admin) that helps knowledge workers and managers set realistic boundaries using measurable “after-hours load” limits. It connects to Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 calendars and Slack/Teams to estimate when work is bleeding into personal time (meetings, messages, email bursts) and lets users set a weekly quota for off-hours activity. When you’re about to exceed it, the app nudges you with blunt options: schedule-send, auto-decline with a templated response, or propose alternative meeting times. For managers, it provides anonymized team heatmaps (not individual surveillance) showing when the team is consistently pushed past normal hours, plus simple policy templates (no-meeting blocks, rotation rules, escalation paths). It’s not therapy and it won’t “fix” toxic cultures, but it gives people concrete tools and data to push back without sounding emotional or vague.
