QuietQuota helps coworking and flex-space operators measure and manage noise in shared areas without turning staff into hall monitors. It uses a small set of inexpensive, off-the-shelf sound sensors (or a phone-as-sensor option) to track decibel levels by zone and time, then converts that into simple “noise budget” dashboards for members and staff. When a zone is trending loud, the app triggers gentle, automated nudges on in-space displays or member notifications, and logs incidents with time-stamped evidence for dispute resolution. Operators can set different thresholds by area (phone booths vs. café vs. open desks), schedule quiet hours, and see which layouts or events consistently cause issues. This is not a magic culture fix, but it makes enforcement consistent, data-backed, and less personal—reducing churn from “it’s too loud” complaints and improving member satisfaction.
