QuitLedger
QuitLedger is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) for people who keep “starting over.” Instead of pretending you’ll be perfect, it treats lapses as data. You log a slip in 10 seconds (what happened, where, mood, trigger, time). The app turns that into a simple weekly “failure report” showing your top triggers, highest-risk times, and the smallest changes that would have prevented the slip (sleep, location, app/site, person, hunger, alcohol, etc.). It then generates a tight, realistic plan: 1–3 guardrails (blocking, environment tweaks, pre-commitments) and one replacement behavior. No motivational fluff, no endless habit streaks that reset to zero. You can optionally add an accountability partner who only sees your weekly summary and whether you followed the guardrails—not your private notes. The goal is fewer relapses, faster recovery, and measurable behavior change.
