QuitLoop

QuitLoop is a mobile AI app that helps users break one specific habit (nicotine, doomscrolling, late-night snacking, porn, alcohol-lite) by treating it like an experiment instead of a willpower contest. It builds a personal trigger map from quick check-ins (time, place, emotion, preceding action) and turns that into a simple “if-then” plan with micro-interventions (2-minute delays, friction steps, replacement routines). The app focuses on relapse analytics: it shows the top three triggers, the highest-risk hours, and which interventions actually reduced slips. It integrates optional phone-level friction (app limits, focus modes) and a “pre-commitment” contract (deposit or accountability buddy) for users who need real stakes. The tone is blunt: it highlights patterns and probabilities, not inspirational quotes. Users can export a weekly report for a therapist/coach or keep it private.
