QuorumKeys is a web + mobile app for co-housing and communal homes to run decisions, chores, budgets, and house rules with real accountability. It replaces messy group chats and forgotten agreements by turning proposals into time-boxed votes, recording outcomes, and automatically generating “who does what by when” task lists. The app includes a lightweight ledger for shared expenses, recurring contributions, and reimbursements, plus a simple incident log for maintenance and rule violations. It’s not trying to be a social network; it’s operational software for households that function like small organizations. An AI assistant can summarize long discussions into neutral proposal options and draft rule text, but humans still vote. The goal is fewer arguments, fewer missed chores, and fewer “I didn’t know” moments—without requiring a property manager.
