QuorumKit

QuorumKit is a web app (with an optional tablet companion) for committee clerks and staff to run hearings cleanly: agenda control, witness management, timekeeping, motions, votes, and real-time minutes. It replaces the messy mix of spreadsheets, email threads, and handwritten notes with a single operator console that timestamps every event (gavel in/out, amendments offered, objections, roll calls) and produces a draft minutes packet immediately after adjournment. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI is only used to turn audio into a structured “minutes draft” and to highlight likely action items, while the official record stays staff-controlled. This is not a flashy public transparency tool; it’s back-office workflow software that saves staff hours per hearing and reduces errors that create political headaches.
