QuorumKit

QuorumKit is a web + mobile app for community groups, unions, HOAs, student governments, and local boards to run participation that actually holds up: meeting notices, agenda packets, attendance/quorum tracking, structured deliberation, and auditable votes. It supports multiple voting methods (simple majority, ranked-choice, weighted votes) and produces a clean, timestamped record that can be exported as minutes. The AI layer helps summarize long agenda documents, extract motions, and draft neutral minutes—while keeping a strict audit trail of what was human-entered vs AI-suggested. This is not “fix democracy” at a national scale; it’s a practical tool for small-to-mid governance bodies where participation fails because logistics are messy and records are disputed. The product focuses on reliability, transparency, and defensible process over social virality.
