QuorumKit helps small community groups (HOAs, neighborhood associations, co-ops, nonprofits) run legally defensible votes and decisions without drowning in email threads and messy spreadsheets. It guides admins through creating motions, setting quorum rules, collecting digital signatures, and producing an audit-ready decision packet (agenda, notices, vote logs, and outcome). Members get a simple link to review the motion, ask clarifying questions in a structured thread, and cast a vote with identity verification appropriate to the group’s risk level. The product is intentionally narrow: decision-making, not a full community social network. It reduces board burnout and prevents the common “we voted but can’t prove it” problem that triggers disputes, re-votes, and legal bills. Monetization is straightforward: subscription per organization with tiers based on member count and compliance features.
