QuorumPulse
QuorumPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for committees and councils that struggle with messy voting, unclear quorum, and action items that vanish after the meeting. It provides a structured agenda, attendance and quorum verification, motion tracking (who moved/seconded), and legally defensible vote records with time-stamped audit trails. Members can vote in-session or asynchronously when bylaws allow, with automatic roll-call logs and conflict-of-interest declarations captured before voting. After the meeting, it generates minutes drafts, action-item assignments, and reminders, then tracks completion and escalations to chairs. This is a traditional app with AI features: AI drafts minutes from notes/audio and flags missing required fields (quorum, motion language, vote totals) to reduce clerical errors. It’s built for boards, HOAs, nonprofits, and municipal committees that need reliable governance documentation, not another chat tool.
