QuorumPulse

QuorumPulse is a web + mobile app for cooperatives to run legally defensible member votes and meetings with less confusion. It handles member eligibility, notice delivery, quorum tracking, agenda management, and vote capture (including proxy rules where allowed) with an audit trail that boards can actually rely on. The product is intentionally narrow: it does not try to be a full co-op ERP or accounting system. Instead, it focuses on the highest-risk operational moment—governance decisions—where mistakes create disputes, delays, and sometimes lawsuits. Admins can import members, define bylaws-based voting rules (one-member-one-vote, weighted, classes), schedule votes, and publish results with clear transparency controls. Members get simple prompts, plain-language motions, and receipts. Exportable reports support compliance, lenders, and grant requirements.
