QuorumSwitch

QuorumSwitch is a web app (with optional lightweight agent) that continuously validates redundancy and failover readiness using safe, automated “micro-failover” drills. Instead of relying on runbooks and quarterly chaos days, it runs scheduled, scoped tests: DNS cutovers in a sandbox zone, read-only replica promotions, load balancer target draining, and dependency blackhole simulations. It captures evidence (timings, error rates, RTO/RPO estimates), flags drift (changed IAM policies, broken health checks, misconfigured priorities), and generates an audit-friendly report. It integrates with common stacks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform state) and posts results to Slack/Teams. The product is brutally pragmatic: it won’t magically fix architecture, but it will surface exactly where failover will break, and how often, with reproducible steps and proof.
