QuotaPatch is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that continuously audits sales territory coverage and flags “silent gaps” that CRMs don’t show: unassigned accounts, overlapping ownership, stale assignments after org changes, and whitespace by ICP fit. It connects to Salesforce/HubSpot and a mapping layer to visualize territories, then runs rules plus AI-assisted anomaly detection to highlight risk: accounts with high intent but no owner, reps overloaded in one region while adjacent areas are untouched, and routing rules that contradict reality. Managers get a weekly “coverage health” score, recommended reassignments, and a one-click export of proposed changes for approval. This is not a full territory planning suite; it’s a practical monitoring and repair tool that keeps territories accurate between quarterly planning cycles. Expect some setup friction (data hygiene), but the payoff is fewer missed leads and fewer rep disputes.
