QuotaPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for defense recruitment and conscription offices to forecast intake capacity and reduce bottlenecks. It consolidates key operational data—medical screening throughput, background-check turnaround, training base capacity, transport slots, and attrition rates—into a single planning dashboard. Instead of spreadsheets and last-minute firefighting, teams get scenario planning (“What if medical staffing drops 10%?”), automated alerts when a pipeline stage becomes the constraint, and a weekly intake plan that matches real capacity. It also generates audit-friendly reports for leadership and oversight bodies, showing why targets were or weren’t met. This is not a citizen-facing app; it’s an internal operations tool designed to make conscription/recruitment logistics less chaotic and more measurable. Expect heavy implementation work: data integration and change management are the real product, not the UI.
