QuotaPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that flags which reps, deals, and territories are most likely to miss quota—early enough to act. It connects to your CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), calendar, and email metadata to detect leading indicators: stalled stages, weak next steps, low stakeholder coverage, slipping close dates, and rep activity drop-offs. Instead of generic dashboards, it produces a weekly “save list” of at-risk deals with specific interventions (e.g., add technical buyer, schedule mutual action plan, tighten exit criteria). It also quantifies forecast credibility by comparing rep commits vs historical accuracy and stage conversion reality. This is an AI-assisted analytics app, but keeps humans in control: every risk score is explainable with the exact signals that drove it. The goal is fewer surprise end-of-quarter scrambles and more predictable revenue.
