QuotaPulse is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion that helps sales reps and sales ops track commissions in near real time, without waiting for finance to close the month. Users connect CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and billing (Stripe/NetSuite exports) to ingest closed-won deals, invoices, and adjustments. The app applies a configurable commission plan (tiers, accelerators, splits, ramp, draws, caps) and produces an “expected payout” timeline with confidence flags when data is missing or rules are ambiguous. It also logs disputes with evidence (deal history, approvals, invoice status) so reps can file clean, auditable tickets instead of Slack chaos. This is not magic: it won’t replace payroll or fix broken comp plans. It’s a pragmatic “shadow ledger” that catches errors early and reduces end-of-quarter blowups.
