QuotaPulse is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) for capacity planning focused on one painful reality: storage growth is messy, and most teams only notice when something breaks. It connects to your existing storage sources (S3, EBS, Azure Blob, GCS, NetApp, Pure, VMware datastores) and normalizes usage into a single timeline with cost context. It forecasts “days to full” per bucket/volume/share, flags abnormal growth, and turns forecasts into actionable tasks (resize, lifecycle policy, tiering, deletion candidates). It also tracks commitments and procurement lead times so forecasts reflect real-world constraints, not just math. This is not a generic observability tool; it’s a capacity planning cockpit that produces a weekly plan and a clear risk list. Expect some setup work: if your tagging/ownership is bad, the app will surface that immediately.
