RaceRhythm
RaceRhythm is a mobile + web app that builds pacing and fueling plans for both sprints (5K–10K) and marathons, then stress-tests them against real-world constraints: hills, heat, wind, course turns, and your recent training. Instead of generic “negative split” advice, it creates a segment-by-segment plan (per km/mi) with target pace ranges, effort cues, and contingency triggers (e.g., “if HR drifts 8 bpm by mile 6, adjust to X”). It connects to Garmin/Strava to learn your actual pacing volatility and fade patterns, then recommends a plan you can realistically execute. On race day, it provides a simple audio/visual “stay in band” guidance and post-run debrief that explains where you lost time and what to change in training. It’s an AI-assisted app combined with traditional rules-based pacing models.
