RaceSherpa
RaceSherpa is a mobile + web AI-assisted cycling coach focused on one thing: executing a ride or race plan you can actually follow. You import a route (GPX/Strava) and set a goal (finish time, power target, or “don’t blow up”). The app generates a pacing plan by segment (climbs, flats, descents) and a fueling schedule (carbs, fluids, sodium) based on your weight, FTP estimate, weather, and duration. During the ride it gives simple audio cues: “back off 10W for 6 minutes,” “take 30g carbs now,” and “drink 200ml.” Afterward it grades execution (not just stats) and suggests one adjustment for next time. This is not another social feed or generic training plan; it’s an execution assistant for real-world rides where conditions change and people make mistakes.
