RACIGrid is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that keeps organizational ownership clear and up to date. It centralizes RACI/DRI assignments for recurring processes (onboarding, incident response, approvals, quarterly planning) and for projects, then ties them to real people, roles, and escalation paths. The app detects “ownership rot” by flagging stale assignments (person left, team renamed, role unmapped), missing approvers, and overloaded DRIs. It generates lightweight, shareable ownership pages per process with links to SOPs, forms, and systems, so employees stop asking in chat who owns what. It also provides audit trails for changes, simple access controls, and a weekly digest that prompts owners to confirm or reassign responsibilities. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI suggests likely owners from org charts, past tickets, and document mentions, but humans approve changes.
