RackPulse

RackPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors rack-level power and thermal risk using existing telemetry (PDUs, BMS, DCIM exports, and SNMP). It normalizes messy vendor data into a single model, then flags “runaway” racks, phase imbalance, and cooling/power headroom issues with clear, actionable recommendations. The AI component focuses on anomaly detection and plain-English incident summaries, not magical forecasting: it learns each site’s baseline and alerts when behavior deviates beyond tolerances. It also generates weekly capacity and risk reports that map directly to operational decisions (move loads, rebalance circuits, adjust setpoints, schedule maintenance). The goal is to reduce nuisance alerts and prevent the expensive, reputation-damaging events: breaker trips, thermal shutdowns, and emergency change windows. It’s built to deploy fast, read-only first, and integrate with ticketing tools so alerts become trackable work.
