RackReady

RackReady is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps network teams execute ISP circuit turn-ups and cross-connects with fewer surprises. It provides structured runbooks for common handoffs (Ethernet, DIA, MPLS, wavelength), captures demarc details (NID/ONT model, LOA/CFA, light levels, VLAN tags, MTU, BGP parameters), and enforces pre-flight validation before a site is marked live. Field techs can follow step-by-step tasks on mobile, attach photos of labels and patch panels, and record test results (ping, traceroute, throughput, optical power). The app generates a clean “as-built” packet and a handoff report for internal teams and the carrier, reducing back-and-forth emails and tribal knowledge. It integrates with ticketing systems so the checklist becomes the ticket workflow, not another document nobody updates.
