RackReady is a mobile + web app for gyms, teams, and training studios to track training equipment (bands, kettlebells, sleds, med balls, jump ropes, timers) with QR codes. Staff can check items in/out, assign gear to athletes, log damage, and see real-time inventory by room or rack. The app flags chronic loss points (e.g., “sled straps disappear after Tuesday sessions”) and generates simple reorder lists with preferred vendors. It also supports scheduled audits: scan a rack in 60 seconds and reconcile what’s missing. This is not a glamorous product—it's operational plumbing—but it saves money and reduces session disruption when gear is missing or unsafe. Monetize via per-location subscription with optional paid hardware bundle (QR labels + scanner recommendations) and vendor affiliate links.
