RackRoute

RackRoute is a mobile + web inventory location app that focuses on one painful problem: knowing exactly where something is right now in a warehouse, backroom, or multi-site storage area. It uses QR codes (or existing barcodes) on racks/bins/shelves and a simple scan-to-confirm workflow so locations stay accurate without heavy process overhead. Workers scan the item and the location when stocking, picking, moving, or doing cycle counts; the system builds a reliable location history and flags conflicts (e.g., two bins claiming the same SKU quantity). A lightweight web dashboard shows heatmaps of “lost” items, frequent moves, and zones with poor compliance. This is not a full WMS/ERP replacement; it’s a focused layer that plugs into spreadsheets or exports to common systems. If teams won’t scan, data quality will still degrade—RackRoute is designed to minimize that friction.
