RackSync

RackSync is a mobile + web app for small thrift and consignment shops that are tired of juggling spreadsheets, Instagram DMs, and multiple resale marketplaces. It centralizes inventory with fast item intake: scan a barcode if it exists, snap photos, and enter a few fields (brand, size, condition). Then it pushes listings to supported channels (starting with Shopify + Instagram product catalog, later expanding), tracks what sold where, and prevents double-selling by reserving stock the moment an item is purchased. It also prints simple tags/QR labels so staff can pull items quickly and customers can see details. This is not a “new marketplace”; it’s the unglamorous ops layer most shops actually need. Expect messy data, inconsistent brands/sizes, and edge cases—RackSync wins by making the boring workflow less painful, not by promising magic.
