RadProtocol
RadProtocol is a web app (with optional tablet companion) that helps radiology departments standardize, version-control, and deploy CT/MR/X-ray/US protocols across multiple scanners and sites. Instead of protocols living in spreadsheets, emails, and vendor-specific consoles, it provides a single source of truth with approvals, change logs, and site-specific variants. The app includes a lightweight AI assistant that can draft protocol updates from guidelines (e.g., ACR-style text you provide), flag mismatches between intended parameters and exported scanner settings, and generate “quick cards” for technologists. It’s not a diagnostic tool; it’s operational quality control. Realistically, the hardest part is integration: many scanners don’t expose clean APIs, so the MVP should start with manual import/export templates (DICOM SR where possible) and structured protocol forms, then expand to vendor connectors as revenue funds it.
