RadReady

RadReady is a web + mobile app that prevents radiation therapy delays by standardizing and verifying patient prep requirements across sites and machines. Clinics build protocol-specific checklists (e.g., bladder/rectum prep, immobilization devices, contrast rules, imaging prerequisites), assign them to a patient’s treatment course, and track completion with time-stamped attestations. Patients receive simple, localized instructions, reminders, and a “ready status” badge before each fraction. Staff get a day-ahead dashboard that flags high-risk noncompliance (missed prep, missing labs, device not available) and generates a printable/EMR-note summary. This is not a “magic AI diagnosis” tool; it’s operational reliability for a high-cost workflow where missed fractions waste machine time and harm outcomes. AI is used narrowly: to translate clinician-authored instructions into plain language and detect conflicting prep steps across protocols.
