RadTriage

RadTriage is a web app (with optional desktop PACS plug-in) that uses AI to flag and prioritize potentially critical findings in incoming imaging studies—starting with high-volume, high-risk workflows like non-contrast head CT (ICH), CTPA (PE), and chest X-ray (pneumothorax). It does not “diagnose” or replace radiologists; it ranks worklists by risk, highlights key slices/views, and generates a short triage note with confidence and rationale cues. The product is designed for real-world radiology operations: configurable thresholds per site, audit trails, and performance monitoring by modality and scanner. The honest reality: hospitals won’t buy another shiny model; they buy measurable turnaround-time improvement and fewer missed criticals. RadTriage focuses on operational ROI, not flashy general-purpose imaging AI.
