RAGSmith
RAGSmith is a web app (AI + traditional) that lets non-technical teams build customer-facing chatbots grounded in their own content—without shipping a hallucination machine. Users connect sources (Zendesk/Intercom, Notion/Confluence, Google Drive, PDFs, website crawl), choose a bot persona, and publish to web widget, Slack, or internal portal. The builder is intentionally opinionated: it forces citations, confidence thresholds, and “I don’t know” fallbacks. It includes a test harness that replays real tickets/questions to measure answer accuracy, citation coverage, and deflection rate before you go live. When the bot can’t answer, it routes to a human with the retrieved context attached, reducing back-and-forth. Pricing is per bot + usage, aimed at small-to-mid support teams who want measurable deflection without hiring ML engineers.
