RAGTrace

RAGTrace is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that helps teams retrieve the right internal documents and prove where each answer came from. It plugs into Google Drive, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Slack exports, and PDFs, then builds a searchable index. Users ask a question and get a ranked answer with strict citations, passage highlights, and a “why this result” explanation. The killer feature is retrieval observability: query rewrites, embedding similarity, reranker scores, and a replayable trace so you can debug why the system missed a document or hallucinated. It also provides a “golden set” evaluator to measure retrieval quality over time, plus alerts when new content breaks relevance. This is an AI + traditional app: AI for semantic search and evaluation, traditional for connectors, permissions, and audit logs.
