RaidRoster

RaidRoster is a mobile + web app for guilds/clans that turns “maybe” into reliable attendance. Members set weekly availability in two taps, then the app auto-builds raid teams based on role, class, gear score, and reliability history. It sends escalating reminders, supports one-tap substitutes, and logs who actually showed up (manual check-in or Discord reaction-based check-in). Leaders get a simple dashboard: attendance trends, bench depth by role, and a “risk score” for each event so they can adjust before it collapses. This is not another generic guild chat or calendar—those already exist and people ignore them. The core value is reducing wasted raid nights and drama by making commitments visible, measurable, and easy to manage. Monetization: freemium for small groups, subscription for larger rosters and advanced analytics.
