RailButler is a mobile + web app that centralizes everything around a luxury train journey: tickets, cabin details, dining preferences, excursions, transfers, and on-board requests. Instead of juggling email threads with operators, hotels, and drivers, travelers (or their assistants) get a single itinerary timeline and a chat-style concierge channel that routes requests to the right party. The app also handles pre-trip preference capture (dietary needs, pillow types, celebrations), document storage, and day-of travel nudges (platform info, pickup times, luggage rules). It’s an AI + traditional app: AI drafts requests, summarizes long confirmation emails into structured itinerary items, and flags conflicts (tight connections, missing transfers). The reality: this only works if you secure integrations or manual concierge ops for the first phase; otherwise it’s just another itinerary app.
