Users capture accomplishments in under 60 seconds: what shipped, impact metrics, scope, and proof links (tickets, PRs, dashboards). The app then compiles a one-page narrative, a bullet proof list, and a compensation ask anchored to role level and market ranges. It also generates a tailored talking script and objection responses based on your manager style and company constraints (budget cycles, performance review timing). A calendar nudges you to log wins and suggests the best window to ask based on review dates and recent impact. It’s not magic: if you have weak impact or no leverage, it will say so and recommend alternatives (promotion path, lateral move, external offer strategy).
