Users connect their calendar and work tools (optional) to build a lightweight “impact log” of projects, measurable outcomes, and stakeholder feedback. The app turns that log into a promotion packet: a one-page brag doc, a role-leveling map, and a negotiation script tailored to the company’s likely compensation bands. It also provides a weekly plan: which wins to document, who to get feedback from, and what skills to demonstrate next based on the target role. The brutal part: it flags weak cases early—missing metrics, unclear scope, low visibility, or misaligned role expectations—so users don’t waste months waiting for a manager who won’t advocate. It’s designed for busy ICs and early managers who need structure and proof fast.
