RaiseRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps employees build a promotion case by continuously capturing measurable impact and mapping it to their company’s leveling rubric. Users log weekly wins, attach artifacts (docs, dashboards, PRs), and tag each item to competencies (scope, leadership, execution, cross-functional influence). The app generates a “promotion packet” draft: a concise narrative, impact bullets, and a timeline of outcomes, plus a gap view showing what evidence is missing for the next level. It also supports manager 1:1 prep with agendas and feedback requests, so the promotion conversation is less awkward and more data-driven. This is not a magic promotion button—if your company has no growth paths, it won’t fix that—but it will reduce the common failure mode: being overlooked because your impact wasn’t packaged and aligned to expectations.
