RallyBeacon is a crisis response accountability and muster app for organizations that need to confirm who is safe, who needs help, and who is missing within minutes. It combines a mobile app (for employees) with a web console (for incident commanders) to run location-optional check-ins, assign tasks, and escalate to phone/SMS when data is unreliable. The system supports pre-built incident playbooks (fire, active threat, severe weather) and time-boxed roll calls by site, team, or shift. It logs actions for after-action reviews and compliance, but stays lightweight: it’s not a full emergency management suite. This is a traditional app with a small AI component that summarizes status updates and flags anomalies (e.g., repeated non-responses in a specific area). It’s designed for mid-market companies that can’t justify enterprise EOC platforms but still face real duty-of-care risk.
