RallyRoster

RallyRoster is a mobile + web app that helps friend groups actually meet by removing the endless “what day works?” loop. You create a Rally (dinner, hike, game night), set a location range and a few candidate time windows, and invite friends via link—no account required to vote. The app auto-suggests the best option based on availability, travel time, and each person’s stated preferences (early/late, budget, noise level). Once a time wins, it locks the plan, generates a calendar event, and assigns lightweight roles (book table, bring snacks, buy tickets) so the organizer isn’t stuck doing everything. It also tracks “flake risk” patterns privately (e.g., chronic last-minute cancellations) to recommend smaller groups or shorter commitments. This isn’t a social network; it’s a coordination tool designed to reduce friction and guilt while increasing follow-through.
