Clubs create invite-only rallies with route packs, timed checkpoints, hotel/restaurant slots, and capacity-controlled add-ons (track time, detailing, transporter pickup). Members apply or RSVP, upload required docs (license/insurance/waivers), and receive a single itinerary with live updates. Organizers get a command center: attendance, payments, waitlists, vendor coordination, and incident logging. An AI copilot helps draft itineraries, generate route briefings, and predict drop-off risk based on past behavior (so you can overbook intelligently or nudge the right people).
