RampRadar

RampRadar is a mobile app that helps anglers avoid wasted trips by predicting boat ramp usability and launch-time friction. It combines official water-level data, tide forecasts, weather, and user-submitted “ramp condition” reports (depth at end of ramp, algae slickness, debris, parking overflow, fee changes, gate hours). The app surfaces a simple go/no-go score for your trailer size and boat draft, plus best launch windows and backup ramps nearby. It also supports offline saved ramps for low-signal areas and lets users attach photos with timestamps so reports stay credible. This is not a fish-finding app; it’s a logistics and safety tool that reduces the most common, expensive failure: showing up and not being able to launch or retrieve. Monetization is a low-cost subscription for advanced predictions, alerts, and towing-route backups.
