RampReady

RampReady is a mobile + web app that helps adaptive athletes and teams verify whether a sports venue is actually usable—not just “ADA compliant” on paper. Users search by sport (wheelchair basketball, sled hockey, para-swimming, etc.) and see a venue’s accessibility score based on practical details: door widths, ramp grades, locker room layout, bench transfer space, accessible parking distance, pool lift type, and surface transitions. The app uses structured checklists and photo/video proof, then crowdsources updates after events so info stays current. Organizers can publish “event readiness” pages with a required-access checklist and share a single link with participants. An optional AI layer flags suspicious or outdated listings (e.g., old photos, conflicting measurements) and auto-summarizes reviews into clear “can I compete here?” answers. Monetization: venue verification subscriptions for clubs/municipalities and paid promotion for accessible facilities.
