RampReplay

RampReplay is a web app (with an optional lightweight desktop agent) that turns production access logs and traces into safe, repeatable load tests. Instead of hand-writing scripts, you ingest HTTP/gRPC logs from common sources, automatically build request flows, parameterize tokens/IDs, and generate a runnable test plan. The MVP focuses on one killer workflow: pick a time window, anonymize sensitive fields, replay at 1x–10x with controlled ramp-up, and compare latency/error deltas against a baseline. It outputs a clear “what broke first” report: top endpoints by regression, saturation signals, and suspected bottlenecks based on correlation with infra metrics. This is not a magic performance fixer; it’s a pragmatic tool to reduce the time from “we should load test” to “we have a credible, reproducible test” from days to hours. It integrates with CI to gate releases on regression thresholds.
