RangeReady

RangeReady is a web app with a companion mobile app for military training units to plan, approve, and deconflict live-fire and maneuver range usage. It centralizes range requests, safety docs, risk assessments, ammo forecasts, and communications into a single workflow that replaces email chains and spreadsheets. Units can see real-time availability, required certifications, medevac/comm plans, and weather/blackout constraints before submitting. The system generates standardized packets (PDF) for approval, tracks status, and logs after-action notes and incidents for compliance. It also provides a lightweight dashboard for range control to manage conflicts, last-minute changes, and recurring reservations. This is a traditional app with AI-assisted features: AI can pre-fill risk assessment templates, flag missing items, and suggest deconfliction options based on historical patterns. Realistically, procurement and security reviews are the biggest hurdles, not the software.
